Refund policy
We truly hope you love your order and feel the care that has gone into every part of it.
If something isn’t quite right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cassie@from-within.co.uk and we’ll always do our best to help.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Please note that due to the nature of ceremonial cacao and consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
To begin a return, please email us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the next steps.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
If you have any questions before purchasing or returning an item, you’re always welcome to reach out.
Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives.
If anything has been damaged in transit, is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at cassie@from-within.co.uk so we can make things right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of ceremonial cacao and consumable products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened food items.
We also cannot accept returns on:
- personalised or custom products
- gift cards
- sale items

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at cassie@from-within.co.uk before returning anything and we’ll do our best to guide you through the available options.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers can sometimes take a little longer to process refunds on their side.
