All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and any other payment providers offered at checkout.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to postal delays or circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, responsibility for shipping times passes to the courier.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We truly hope you love your order and feel the care that has gone into every part of it.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cassie@from-within.co.uk and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Due to the nature of ceremonial cacao and consumable products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its functionality, security or operation.

All content on this website - including imagery, text, branding and designs - belongs to From Within unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
