SHIPPING POLICY

Heart to Earth ceremonial cacao is sourced with respect from Guatemala and thoughtfully packed and shared from the UK.

We currently ship across the United Kingdom only.

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Small Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or busy seasonal periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timings passes to the courier provider.
